REFUND POLICY

SyntralithLabs, operating from Calle Principal 16, Piso 1 B, Madrid, Spain, provides digital development services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for services rendered.

Project Deposits

An initial deposit of 50% is required before commencing any project work. This deposit is non-refundable once project work has begun, as it covers initial consultation, planning, and resource allocation. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and delivery.

Cancellation Terms

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund of deposit minus administrative fees (10%).
  • Within First 7 Days: 75% refund of deposit if cancelled within the first 7 days of project initiation.
  • After 7 Days: No refund on deposit. Payment for completed milestones is due.
  • Completed Projects: No refunds once the final deliverable has been approved and delivered.

Scope Changes

If the project scope changes after agreement, any additional costs will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before proceeding. Changes that reduce the original scope may qualify for partial credit at our discretion.

Quality Disputes

If you believe the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. We will review the dispute and, if valid, rectify the issues at no additional cost. Repeated or unreasonable disputes may result in mediation proceedings.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Service Agreement

All services are provided based on a written agreement or proposal accepted by the client. This agreement defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Any modifications to the agreement must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for the project. SyntralithLabs retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the development process. Third-party licenses remain subject to their respective terms.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months.

Limitation of Liability

SyntralithLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or force majeure events.

Warranty

We warrant that all deliverables will conform to the specifications outlined in the project agreement for a period of 30 days following delivery. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and does not extend to issues arising from client modifications, third-party integrations, or external factors beyond our control.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Madrid, Spain, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
